Greyhound Wine Tour & Friends
VENDOR APPLICATION
The Greyhound Wine Tour & Friends will be held on Thursday, July 23 to Sunday, July 26, 2009, rain or shine.
Cost is a $25.00 donation per vendor space. This fee will be divided equally to all participating adoption agencies. (Cayuga Wine Trail is a non-profit organization.)
We will do our best to assign each vendor a 12 x 12 space on a “first come, first serve” basis, with preference given to vendors returning from 2008 who register before April 1. If you have a preference for location or wish to be paired with another vendor, please indicate that below.

Full payment must accompany your application. If you wish to fax your application and pay with a credit card that can be done by calling our office at 1-800-684-5217.

No refunds once space is confirmed.
Set up time at your assigned winery is 1 hour before event starts.
Vendors must provide own display equipment (including tables, chairs, tents) set-up, and dismantle. Please be prepared for outdoor sites. Not all grounds are perfectly level. You will need to have your own materials if you need to level your set-up.
Each vendor is responsible for collecting/reporting their own sales tax.
As a vendor, I agree to the conditions and requirements of this event. I agree that the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail will not be held responsible for any theft, loss of property, or personal injury suffered during or as a result of participation in the Greyhound Wine Tour & Friends Event .
