The Greyhound Wine Tour & Friends will be held on Thursday, July 23 to Sunday, July 26, 2009, rain or shine.
We will do our best to assign each vendor a 12 x 12 space on a “first come, first serve” basis, with preference given to agencies returning from 2009 who register before April 1. If you have a preference for location or wish to be paired with another agency, please indicate that below.

Set up time at your assigned winery is 1 hour before event starts.
Agencies must provide own display equipment (including tables, chairs, tents) set-up, and dismantle. Please be prepared for outdoor sites. Not all grounds are perfectly level. You will need to have your own materials if you need to level your set-up.
Each agency is responsible for collecting/reporting their own sales tax if you decide to sell products.
As a agency, I agree to the conditions and requirements of this event. I agree that the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail will not be held responsible for any theft, loss of property, or personal injury suffered during or as a result of participation in the Greyhound Wine Tour & Friends Event.
